Vendor Terms and Conditions

Terms and Conditions for World Medical Tourism

These terms and conditions (“Terms”, “Agreement”) are an agreement between You (“Vendors”, “User”, “Client”, “You”, or “Your”) and World Medical Tourism Company (“WMEDTOUR.COM”, “We”, “Us”, or “Our”). This Agreement sets forth the general terms and conditions of Your use of the services provided by World Medical Tourism Company and any of its subsidiaries or affiliates (collectively, “Services”).

By using the Services, You agree to be bound by these Terms. If You do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Services.

  1. Scope of Services

The World Medical Tourism Company acts as a referral agent for NABH accredited hospitals worldwide. We connect inbound tourists seeking economical medical treatment with these hospitals. Additionally, we provide web-based health care information and certified specialist/doctor advice to patients based on their queries about their ailments.

  1. Lawful Use

By using our services, You agree to use them for lawful purposes only. You must not violate any laws, regulations, or infringe upon the rights of others. Any misuse of our services may result in termination of Your access.

  1. Medical Advice and Aftercare

We strongly recommend that You maintain contact with your overseas physician after returning home. They can provide recommendations, explain details about your condition to other doctors, and offer guidance on medications or further treatment. Please note that malpractice and liability recourse may differ in other countries, and some hospitals may require you to sign a legal waiver regarding potential lawsuits.

  1. Collaboration and Information

Physicians and medical tourism companies should collaborate to ensure that all arrangements are made in accordance with the patient’s medical needs. Patients should be provided with information about potential risks associated with combining surgical procedures with long flights and vacation activities.

  1. Insurance and Liability

It is essential to have adequate medical tourism insurance coverage. When purchasing insurance, carefully review the policy’s terms and conditions, including deductibles, co-payments, and coverage limits. Choosing the right insurance provider can make a significant difference in the quality of care and peace of mind for patients.

  1. Conflicts of Interest

Physicians should ensure that any contracts with medical tourism companies or medical tourists do not create conflicts of interest with their current employment.

  1. Privacy and Confidentiality

We prioritize the privacy and confidentiality of our clients’ personal information. Please review our full disclaimers, terms and conditions, and health privacy and confidentiality statement for more information.

  1. Market Growth

The medical tourism market is growing at a rate of 15-25% annually, with individuals seeking treatment in developing countries due to lower costs compared to their home countries.

  1. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. You should review these Terms periodically for changes. By continuing to use our Services after we post any modifications to these Terms, You agree to be bound by the revised Terms.

  1. Termination

We may terminate or suspend Your access to the Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if You breach these Terms.
