Apollo Proton Cancer Centre (APCC), Chennai, India, is a 150-bed integrated Cancer Hospital offering state-of-the-art advanced cancer care and neurosurgery. It is the only dedicated cancer care centre in India accredited by JCI. It is the first Proton Therapy Centre in Africa, South Asia & the Middle East. It is powered by a cutting-edge multi-room Proton therapy with pencil beam technology and ray station. The hospital is a beacon of hope for over 3.5 billion people. APCC and IBA (Ion Beam Applications) signed an agreement to offer proton therapy training and education for clinicians across the globe. This training partnership with IBA makes the APCC the first of its kind training and education program reference centre in Asia.
