was inaugurated on January 2, 2014, as the “University Hospital” of Acıbadem Mehmet Ali Aydınlar University. The hospital provides diagnostic and treatment services across various medical specialties and holds international JCI Academic Medical Center Hospital accreditation.

As the "University Hospital" of Acibadem Mehmet Ali Aydnlar University, Atakent Hospital officially opened its doors on January 2, 2014. Operating Room System

The hospital’s operating suite includes 12 theaters where all surgical procedures are performed, including robotic surgeries for gynecologic oncology, urology, general surgery, and orthopedics. Additionally, the hospital has one IVF room, three endoscopy rooms, two minor surgery rooms, and three angiography intervention areas.

Radiology Services

Our Radiology Department is equipped with two MRI machines, including 3 Tesla and 1.5 Tesla models. We offer advanced diagnostic procedures with low-dose CT scanners, 3D tomosynthesis digital mammography, tomosynthesis-enabled multifunctional digital radiography, Doppler ultrasound devices, biplane digital angiography, and panoramic X-ray machines. Additionally, we provide a wide range of interventional radiology services.

Intensive Care Services

Our intensive care units, with a capacity of 87 beds, offer advanced life support for patients requiring device-dependent care. We utilize the latest treatment procedures and technology, supported by a multidisciplinary team approach. The units include:

Multifunctional Emergency Department

The Emergency Department at Acıbadem University Atakent Hospital is designed to meet all medical emergency needs, whether outpatient, day-case, or inpatient. Acıbadem Atakent Hospital has 136 standard rooms designed to meet all needs of patients and family members. Our standard rooms are distinguished for wood tones and well-lit and practical design. Mini fridge, television, internet, personal safe, and newspaper services are available which meet all the basic needs of patients and family members. The rooms include a two-seater sofa for patients’ companions to rest, an information brochure to inform patients and companions about risk of fall, and metal grab bars and emergency pull cords in toilets and bathrooms to prevent falls.

• DOUBLE ROOM    

There are 24 double rooms at Acıbadem Atakent Hospital to meet the needs of patients and their companions. Our double rooms attract attentions through wood tones and well-lit and practical design. Our rooms are designed to meet basic needs of patients and their companions thoroughly, including; minibar, televisions and Bluetooth headset that can be synched up with the television for each patient, internet, two separate private safe, two clothing cabinets and newspaper service. The rooms include two seats for patients’ companions to rest, an information brochure to inform patients and companions about risk of fall, and metal grab bars and emergency pull cords in toilets and bathrooms to prevent falls.

• SUITE

Acıbadem Atakent Hospital has 4 suites designed to meet various needs of patients and family members. In addition to basic needs, suites are equipped with waiting rooms for companions and family members to rest. This room is equipped with two en suite bathrooms for the patient and the companion, nurse call buttons at bed side and lounge areas and metal rails and emergency pull cord against risk of fall at bathrooms and toilets. Numerous services are provided at suites such as minibar, television, private safe, newspaper service, etc.
