About Dr Aditya Gupta:
Dr Aditya Gupta is an esteemed and highly accomplished neurosurgeon in India, serving as the Chairperson of Neurosurgery, CNS Radiosurgery and Co-Chief of the CyberKnife Centre at Artemis Hospitals, Gurgaon. A graduate from the prestigious All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), New Delhi, he was not only a top performer but also served as an Associate Professor of Neurosurgery until 2009. Following this, Dr Gupta co-founded the Institute of Neurosciences at Medanta Hospital, Gurgaon where he worked as the Additional Director of Neurosurgery until 2016.
Dr Gupta completed his advanced training from renowned international institutions, including the University of Amsterdam, Hôpital Pitié-Salpêtrière Paris, University of Marseilles, Wake Forest University in the United States, the University of Kiel in Germany, and a fellowship at CJW Medical Center in Richmond, Virginia, USA.
Recognised as one of India’s leading brain surgeons, Dr Gupta has successfully performed over 10,000 brain tumour surgeries and more than 6,000 radiosurgery procedures (one of the few to have a very extensive experience with almost all radiosurgery technologies such as Gamma Knife, Cyberknife and LINAC). With a strong international presence, he provides treatment for patients from countries across Africa, the Middle East, Central Asia, and South Asia, including Kenya, Ethiopia, Tanzania, Nigeria, Uzbekistan, Cameroon, Oman, Azerbaijan, Bangladesh, and Iraq.
