Since his residency, Dr. Juybari has been a dedicated faculty member, contributing to the advancement of urological education and patient care for over two decades.

Dr. Juybari’s career is distinguished by impactful leadership roles that have significantly shaped medical education and research initiatives. He previously held the position of Educational Deputy for the Urology Department at Shahid Labbafinejad Hospital for over ten years, followed by a vital tenure as the Educational Vice Dean of the School of Medicine. His leadership culminated in his role as Dean of the School of Medicine from 2017 to 2020. Dr. Juybari has also led research efforts as the Educational Deputy for the Urology-Nephrology Research Center and remains an active faculty member. His influence extends to national medical assessments, where he has served as a Question Designer for critical residency entrance examinations. Currently, he is an integral part of the Ministry of Health’s Urology Commission, serves as the Secretary of the Iranian Society of Endourology & Urolaparoscopy, and acts as the National Representative for the International Society of Endourology (Iran Chapter). Since 2020, he has steered the Urology Department at Shahid Beheshti University of Medical Sciences as its Chair.
