Prior to this, Dr. Ozkan fulfilled compulsory service assignments at Elazığ Education and Research Hospital’s Cardiology Clinic and Elazig Harput State Hospital, honing his clinical skills in diverse healthcare environments.

Dr. Ozkan’s commitment to cutting-edge cardiovascular medicine is underscored by his extensive research and fellowship experience at the renowned Cleveland Clinic Foundation in Cleveland, Ohio, USA. From 2011 to 2013, he served as a Research Assistant focusing on Cardiovascular Imaging within the Department of Cardiovascular Medicine. Preceding this, from 2009 to 2011, he was actively involved in Invasive Cardiology as a Research Assistant in the same department, gaining invaluable insights and practical expertise in interventional cardiovascular procedures.
