Collaborating with the Indian Institute of Chemical Technology, he was instrumental in developing the first Indian Cyanoacrylate Glue, a critical development for treating life-threatening bleeding esophageal varices in patients with liver cirrhosis. Furthermore, he introduced the Spyglass cholangioscopy system for the diagnosis and treatment of complex biliary and pancreatic disorders, and was the first to implement the POEM procedure for achalasia cardia, showcasing his commitment to bringing cutting-edge treatments to Indian patients.
