Brief Profile:

Dr. Anju Singh is a trained pediatric rheumatologist. She works as a consultant pediatric rheumatologist at Artemis hospital, Gurugram, Haryana. She has a full 13 years of experience in treating children with various rheumatological disorders.

She has done her MBBS (2007) followed by DCH (2010) from Safdarjung hospital. Later, pursued MD pediatrics from Dr. Ram Manohar Lohia Hospital, Delhi, in 2013. She carries another three years of experience in pediatrics and pediatric rheumatology as a senior resident from Dr. Ram Manohar Lohia hospital, Delhi, from 2013 to 2016. Later, got trained as a fellow in pediatric rheumatology at Sir Gangaram hospital for 2 years. She has done EULAR (European League Against Rheumatism) musculoskeletal ultrasound course. She has three years of experience in pediatric musculoskeletal ultrasound, ultrasound-guided procedures of joints like intra-articular steroids injection/aspiration of synovial fluid, and nail fold capillaroscopy. She is a certified pediatric rheumatologist by EULAR and PRSI (Pediatric Rheumatology Society of India).

She has expertise in diagnosing and managing all autoimmune disorders of children, including-

-Juvenile idiopathic arthritis (JIA), uveitis associated with JIA, and idiopathic.

-Connective tissue disorders such as systemic lupus erythematosus, scleroderma, juvenile dermatomyositis, juvenile systemic sclerosis, overlap syndrome, and so forth.

-Primary vasculitis such as Kawasaki disease, Polyarteritis nodosa, Takayasu aortoarteritis, Henoch schonlein purpura, Wegener’s granulomatosis, etc

-Autoinflammatory syndromes such as familial Mediterranean syndrome, cryopyrin-associated periodic syndrome, HyperIgD syndrome, etc

-Miscellaneous disorders such as sarcoidosis, IgG4 related diseases
