From 2007 to 2011, he served as the Chief of the Eye Clinic at GATA Haydarpaşa Training Hospital, followed by his tenure as Chief Physician of the same institution from 2011 to 2013. Prior to these leadership roles, Dr. Ersanli held the position of Associate Professor at GATA Haydarpaşa Training Hospital from 1998 to 2008, and also served as the Deputy Chief Physician during the same period. He began his academic and clinical career at GATA Haydarpaşa Training Hospital as an Assistant Professor from 1993 to 1998, after completing his specialization training there from 1986 to 1990.
