Dr. Fan has nearly two decades of experience in hematology, specializing in the treatment of malignant blood disorders, including acute lymphoblastic leukemia, acute myeloid leukemia, myelodysplastic syndromes/myeloproliferative neoplasms (MDS/MPN), T-cell lymphoma, B-cell lymphoma, and multiple myeloma. She is proficient in both autologous and allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation, as well as in managing complications that may arise post-transplantation. Dr. Fan offers valuable insights into the treatment of patients with refractory or relapsed conditions and has extensive experience in addressing complications such as acute and chronic graft-versus-host disease, veno-occlusive disease (VOD), thrombotic microangiopathy (TMA), post-transplant lymphoproliferative disorder (PTLD), infections, relapses, and cytokine release syndrome (CRS) and immune effector cell-associated neurotoxicity syndrome (ICANS) following CAR-T therapy.
