Prior to his directorial roles, Dr. Karakayali was instrumental as the Manager of Liver and Kidney Transplant Centers at Başkent University Hospital. His early career at Başkent University Hospital saw him advance from a Specialist Doctor to Deputy Head of the Department of General Surgery, further solidifying his comprehensive understanding and practical application of surgical techniques.
