Dr. Korhan Ozkan brings over two decades of dedicated experience in Orthopedics and Traumatology, with a specialized focus on Orthopedic Oncology. His professional journey includes significant contributions to healthcare institutions, culminating in his current role at Acıbadem Health Group starting in 2023. Prior to this, he served for more than 15 years at the Istanbul Civilization University Goztepe Training and Research Hospital, Department of Orthopedics and Traumatology, from 2006 to 2023. His early career also involved impactful positions as a Specialist Doctor at SB Zeynep Kamil Training and Research Hospital and Iznik State Hospital in 2006, and at Florence Nightingale Hospital’s Department of Orthopaedics and Traumatology from 2005 to 2006. His foundational experience as a Research Assistant at Istanbul University Istanbul Faculty of Medicine from 2000 to 2005 laid the groundwork for his advanced specialization.

Dr. Ozkan’s commitment to specialized knowledge is evident in his comprehensive educational background and advanced international training. He completed advanced studies in Orthopedic Oncology at the Medical University of Vienna in 2013. Further enriching his expertise, he undertook training at the Royal Orthopedic Hospital in Birmingham in 2012 and the prestigious Universitatklinikum Muenster (Orthopedic Oncology Center) under Prof. Dr. Georg Gosheger in 2011. His core medical education was completed at Istanbul University Istanbul Faculty of Medicine, graduating from the Orthopedics and Traumatology program in 2005, following his initial medical degree from Marmara University Faculty of Medicine in 2000. His practical experience also includes a period at the General and Orthopaedic State Hospital Stolzalpe in 2005, under the guidance of Prof. Reinhard Graf.
