Dr. Mustafa Bozkurt brings a wealth of experience in Medical Oncology and Internal Medicine. Since 2017, he has been an integral part of the Acıbadem Health Group, focusing on advanced cancer care. Prior to this, he served with distinction in the Internal Medicine Clinic at Bezm-i Alem Vakıf Gureba Training and Research Hospital from 2002 to 2009. His foundational medical training included valuable international exposure, with a period at the University of Minnesota Minneapolis University Hospital in 1993 and an earlier stint at St. George’s Hospital, University of London in 1991.

Education and Research

Dr. Bozkurt’s commitment to advancing cancer treatment is underscored by his significant research contributions. In 2017, he conducted specialized research in Gastrointestinal Cancer at the renowned University of Texas, MD Anderson Cancer Center in Houston. His formal medical oncology training was completed at Istanbul Science University in 2012. He obtained his initial medical degree and completed his Internal Medicine residency at Istanbul University Istanbul Faculty of Medicine in 1992 and 1997, respectively. This robust academic background forms the bedrock of his expertise in oncology.
