Dr. Mustafa Sungur brings a wealth of experience in Orthopedics and Traumatology, with a focused expertise in the treatment of shoulder and elbow conditions. His career journey includes dedicated practice at leading healthcare institutions such as Acıbadem Health Group since 2015. Prior to this, he served at Riza State Hospital from 2012 to 2014, and gained valuable early experience at Gumussuyu Military Hospital from 2011 to 2012, honing his skills in trauma and reconstructive surgery.

Education and Training

Dr. Sungur’s foundational medical education was completed at Marmara University Faculty of Medicine, graduating in 2005. He further specialized in Orthopedics and Traumatology at Istanbul University Istanbul Faculty of Medicine, completing his residency in 2011. Demonstrating a commitment to global medical insights and a broad understanding of surgical practices, Dr. Sungur undertook significant surgical internships. These included a General Surgery rotation at the GB Rossi Polyclinic, Department of General Surgery, University of Verona, Italy in 2003, and a Traumatology rotation at the Clinic for Accident and Reconstructive Surgery, University Hospital Carl Gustav Carus, Dresden, Germany in 2002. His secondary education was completed at Kadıköy Anatolian High School in 1999.
