Her clinical experience includes serving as an Ophthalmologist at Khatam al-Anbia Hospital from 2006 to 2014. Further refining her subspecialty expertise, she completed a Cornea and anterior segment fellowship at Mashhad University of Medical Sciences, also at Khatam al-Anbia Hospital, from 2015 to 2016.

Dr. Nosrat actively contributes to the advancement of ophthalmic knowledge through her research endeavors. Her published works include investigations into the efficacy of corneal cooling on postoperative pain management following PRK procedures, and a study evaluating static and dynamic cyclotorsion measurement and its related factors in myopic patients undergoing PRK. These contributions highlight her commitment to improving patient outcomes and understanding ocular mechanics.
