Dr. Onder Us brings an extensive career spanning over three decades in the field of Neurology. His leadership in academic medicine is marked by his tenure as Head of the Neurology Department at Marmara University Faculty of Medicine from 2001 to 2011. He also served as Head of the Internal Medicine Sciences Department from 2005 to 2007 and participated in the Faculty Board and Faculty Executive Board from 2004 to 2007, demonstrating significant administrative and academic influence. His professional journey also includes affiliations with the Acıbadem Health Group and key board memberships within Marmara University Faculty of Medicine between 1995 and 1998.

Education and Academic Achievements

Dr. Us’s foundational medical education was completed at Istanbul University Istanbul Faculty of Medicine in 1978. He pursued further specialization in Neurology at Hacettepe University Faculty of Medicine, where he also earned his PhD. His commitment to advancing the field of neurophysiology is underscored by his Medical Specialization Board certification in Clinical Neurophysiology in 2011. Dr. Us achieved the rank of Associate Professorship in 1989 and later Professorship in 1994, both from Marmara University Faculty of Medicine, highlighting a distinguished academic career marked by continuous growth and contribution to medical education and research.
