Dr. Safak Cakmakci brings over two decades of dedicated experience to the field of ophthalmology. Since 2001, Dr. Cakmakci has been a respected member of the Acıbadem Health Group, demonstrating a continuous commitment to patient care and advancing eye health. Prior to this extensive tenure, Dr. Cakmakci honed specialized skills during the period of 2000-2001 as part of the Department of Ophthalmology at Başkent University Faculty of Medicine. This foundational experience laid the groundwork for a distinguished career focused on providing comprehensive ophthalmological services.

Education

Dr. Cakmakci completed advanced medical training at Başkent University Faculty of Medicine, specializing in Ophthalmology in 2000. This advanced specialization followed the successful completion of a foundational medical degree from Karadeniz Technical University Faculty of Medicine in 1993.

Dr. Cakmakci has made significant contributions to ophthalmic literature, evidenced by a robust publication record in respected medical journals.
