She also leads the Vitreous and Retina Division of Mashhad Ophthalmology Group, a position she has held since 2019. Prior to these leadership roles, she served as the Head of the Emergency Department at Khatam-Al-Anbiya Tertiary Eye Hospital from 2016 to 2019. Her commitment to advancing ophthalmological knowledge is further evidenced by her active membership on the Board of the Uveitis Society of the Iranian Ophthalmological Association since 2016. An impactful period of her professional development included a visit to the Retinal Clinics at the Arizona Retina Institute in 2011, where she observed an average of four retinal surgeries weekly, enriching her understanding of global best practices.
