- Commencing in 2016, Prof. İŞGÖR has been a General Surgery Specialist at MEMORIAL ŞİŞLİ HOSPITAL in Istanbul, Turkey.
- From 2012 to 2016, he held the significant position of Head of the Department of General Surgery at BAHÇEŞEHİR UNIVERSITY MEDICAL FACULTY in Istanbul, Turkey, where he led educational and clinical initiatives.
- Between 2008 and 2016, Prof. İŞGÖR provided his expertise as a General Surgery Specialist at MEDICAL PARK GÖZTEPE HOSPITAL, also in Istanbul.
