2016 – Present: Memorial Şişli Hospital, serving as a dedicated Pediatrist.

2014 – 2016: Yeni Yüzyıl University Gaziosmanpaşa Hospital, leading the Pediatric Hematology-Oncology Clinic and Marrow Transplantation Center.

1987 – 2014: Çukurova University, holding a distinguished position as Head of the Pediatric Bone Marrow Center and contributing significantly to Pediatric Hematology-Oncology.
