Prof. Dr. Olcay Guler
Professional Experience and Dedication
Prof. Dr. Olcay Guler has amassed over fifteen years of distinguished practice in Orthopaedics and Traumatology, demonstrating a profound commitment to patient care and surgical advancement. His career is marked by a consistent pursuit of excellence. Since 2020, he has been a practicing Orthopaedics and Traumatology Specialist at MEMORIAL ŞİŞLİ HOSPITAL in Istanbul, Turkey. Prior to this, he held positions at ALTINBAŞ UNIVERSITY MEDICAL FACULTY – BAHÇELİEVLER MEDICALPARK HOSPITAL from 2017 to 2020 and MEDIPOL UNIVERSITY FACULTY OF MEDICINE from 2013 to 2017. His foundational clinical experience was gained at CEYLANPINAR HOSPITAL and NISA HOSPITAL in Şanlıurfa (2007-2009), followed by GÜMÜŞSUYU MILITARY HOSPITAL in Istanbul (2006-2007).
Academic Foundation and Professorship
Achieving the esteemed title of Professor in 2021, Prof. Guler’s academic contributions are substantial. He completed his specialized training in Orthopaedics and Traumatology between 2016 and 2021 at the highly regarded ISTANBUL UNIVERSITY FACULTY OF MEDICINE. His foundational medical degree was also earned from the same institution from 1995 to 2001.

Further recognition came with the Best Oral Presentation Award by TOTDER at the 15th Orthopaedics and Traumatology Istanbul Meeting in 2015.

His postgraduate training encompasses critical areas such as Developmental Hip Dysplasia, Pes Equinovarus, Shoulder and Elbow Surgery, Advanced Spine Surgery, Deformed Spine Symposiums, and Scientific Study Planning.
